The Naked Fuel Card provides you with a fixed weekly price that is always tied to the wholesale price. This means that whilst your price will change every week it will only do so in direct relation to the changes in the wholesale market.

Have you ever had to ask your fuel card supplier why your price seems to have become less competitive over time or higher than the pump price? The wholesale market moves all the time, which means in certain circumstances the price charged to customers can move at a different rate. The Naked Fuel Card protects you from such changes by always tracking the wholesale market price.

Your fixed weekly diesel price is applicable to transactions made at ‘bunker’ sites. These bunker sites will provide you with the best possible price for your diesel purchase. There are non-bunker sites where a different pricing structure applies. For example, Tesco and Morrisons charge a small surcharge for transactions made at their sites.

The Naked Fuel cards cost £6 per card, per year which covers postage, card production and administrative costs. There are no setup fees or account charges of any other variety.

Your fuel cards can be allocated to individual people, individual vehicles or generically. You can choose whichever option works best for you. For example, a haulage company may want to allocate each card to a vehicle registration in order to produce usage reports for each vehicle. Another company may want to monitor the usage per department so could have their cards named as ‘Leeds Sales’, ‘Leeds Operations’ etc.

The Naked Fuel Card can be tailored to allow only specific products to be purchased. For example, a diesel only card will not be approved for unleaded purchase. Each fuel card can be setup differently to allow for complete control and flexibility across your fuel card account.

We provide a ‘Directors Card’ which can conveniently be used to purchase all fuels and all shop goods from a filling station. The shop goods transaction will appear on your fuel invoice as shop goods and can be used internally for expenses claims. Whilst the card is mainly for Directors of the business it can be extended to other senior members of staff.

Our standard payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice and our invoicing day is Tuesday. The invoice will cover all transactions from the previous business week (Monday to Sunday). Your invoices will be sent via email to your chosen recipient(s) every Tuesday. For example, if you began to use your fuel card on Monday 1st, your invoice would be created on Tuesday 9th and cover transactions made during week commencing the 1st. The invoice would be sent via email to your chosen recipient(s) and due on 16th. However, we can tailor the invoicing and payment terms to your specific needs at any point.
